In a small mountain village in Ubud, Bali, JJ took a traditional cooking class. After blessing the area with incense and thanking the local Gods, the chef danced around the open fire, splashing all manner of ingredients into the mix. At the end, the delightful spread was served on fresh banana leaves before sunset over a tropical gorge.
