Can I purchase individual pieces or are there sets available?

Our glorious range of tableware is available to purchase as sets, with some items available to purchase
individually. Our stunning collection of tableware features glassware, crockery, linens and dinnerware to give you and your guests that fine dining experience right in the comfort of your own home.

Is the tableware collection suitable for everyday use or special occasions?

Our boutique range of tableware is not only a feast for the eyes, but also functional for all occasions. From casual dining, intimate evenings or extravagant dinner parties – we have a collection for you.

Is the tableware collection eco-friendly or sustainably sourced?

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on the tableware?

Whilst we are passionate about our products, and are sure you will be too, all of our tableware pieces are
available to ‘Try At Home’ with our 90 day return guarantee (if you aren’t completely in love with them).

Shipping & Delivery

How much will my delivery cost?

For all orders over £150 shipping is free.

For all other orders we charge a standard delivery rate of £5.95

How long will delivery take?

Our standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

Who delivers your parcels?

All parcels are delivered by either DPD or Royal Mail. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse.

What do I do if my order does not arrive after the last estimated delivery date?

Please contact us as soon as possible via hello@casabyjosephinejenno.com and we will investigate this for you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are sent out on a tracked delivery service and you’ll be sent tracking details once your order has left our warehouse. Please email hello@casabyjosephinejenno.com if you have any questions regarding your order.

Can I schedule my delivery?

We currently use DPD and Royal Mail as our shipping providers. Both couriers will contact you to let  you know the scheduled delivery date and time. You will then be presented with alternative delivery options such as ‘change date’ or ‘leave in safe place’ should you wish to make amendments.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If your order is being delivered by DPD, they will attempt delivery for 2 consecutive days, after which your order will be returned to us. If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail they will pop a card through your door to advise you on the next steps to rearrange the delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We're delighted to ship to the United States, and we're looking to expand further in future, but currently shipping is limited to the UK and the US. Should you have any large international orders, please email hello@casabyjosephinejenno.com.

How will my order be packaged?

We endeavour to package our products in the most thoughtful way possible.

Many of our products come in purpose-built packaging designed to protect those items specifically. These are not always recyclable but we use them in order to minimise using new packaging unnecessarily. We are working with our suppliers to improve the sustainability of this packaging directly.

Any packaging that we add will be from a sustainable source, recyclable and plastic-free. 

  • Tissue paper - FSC-certifiedrecycled paper and fully home-compostable after use.
  • Paper tape - 100% recycled, FSC-certified materials, and both home-compostable and recyclable after use.
  • Packing peanuts - EcoFlo peanuts are a fully compostable void fill material and 100% biodegradable. The product is fully soluble when saturated with water and contains no hazardous decomposition products. Drench them in the kitchen sink and see for yourself!
  • Stickers - Made from 100% recycled material and recyclable and biodegradable.
  • Outer-boxes - We use a variety of cardboard boxes which will either be made from sustainably sourced material from renewable resources or made from recycled cardboard. These are recyclable after use.

Returns & Refunds

What if I am not satisfied with the quality or condition of my item upon its arrival?

Whilst we want you to love every piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. So it's OK if you change your mind - you can return any item up to ninety days from the date of delivery.

Each item you return needs to be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

How do I return an item?

Please email hello@casabyjosephinejenno.com stating your order number and the items you would like to return. We will get back to you as soon as we can with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note that you will need to arrange and pay for your own return and you can do this via any parcel shipping method, although we advise a tracked service.

Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service.

How long is the return period?

You can return any item up to 90 days from the date of delivery.

Are delivery charges included in my refund?

A full refund will be issued less a £4.95 shipping charge to cover the outbound delivery cost of DPD or Royal Mail.

When will I receive my refund?

You should receive your refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay. We'll send you a Return Confirmation email once we have received your return and are processing your refund payment.

Do you do refunds internationally?

Things don't always work out, and that's okay. We're happy to accept returns from overseas, but due to the distance involved, we must ask you to cover the cost. This will involve shipping fees and any necessary charges involved in overseas delivery.
